摘    要:DSP(数字信号处理器)速度的提高使频率测量有可能采用一些新的算法。文中在传统的基于傅里叶滤波频率跟踪算法的基础上,提出了一种应用软件重采样的算法。此算法充分发挥DSP的计算优势,将原来需要动态调整硬件参数的算法改用软件重采样实现,从而降低了系统的硬件复杂性,同时提高了算法的暂态频率精度。使用MATLAB对此算法进行了数值仿真,分析了此算法的精度及其收敛特性。数值仿真及实际应用表明,该算法可以满足电力系统故障录波装置频率测量的要求。

Abstract:With the speed increasing of DSP,a new algorithm about frequency measuring is possible to be implemented.By considering the traditional method of Fourier filter and frequency following,this paper presents a new algorithm based on software resampling.With the speed advantage of DSP,the data is resampled by software and the hardware adjustment is not needed now.Not only the accuracy of measurement is improved,but also the system complexity is lowered.In this paper,it introduces the algorithm simulation by MATLAB and gives the result.Also,it analyzes the accuracy and convergence of the algorithm.The simulation calculation and practical application results show that the algorithm can satisfy the system frequency measuring.
