锥形异步电动机变频调速理论的探讨

摘    要:锥形异步电动机除具有一般异步电动机性能外,还因定子三相绕组接通电源时产生轴向磁拉力,可顺利推开制动器,从而使锥形异步电动机正常运行。因而轴向磁拉力的变化对于该电机的正常运行至关重要。本文就锥形异步电动机转子轴向磁拉力在变频调速时的变化规律进行了探讨,从而对其在起重设备及其它领域的推广应用作一些探讨,并谈几点体会以供参考。

Abstract:Besides the property of the asynchronous motor,the taper asynchronous motor can daff the detent easily,because magnetic force is generated when stator three-phrase windings connect to the electricity.Based on this reason,the taper asynchronous motor is able to run normally.So the variation of axial magnetic force iscrucial for the normal operation of the motor.When the frequency of the motor converses,the motor shaft produces axial magnetic force.This paper discusses its variation rule and study on the wide application of the frequency conversion of the taper asynchronous motor in lifting equipment and other fields.
