| 摘 要： | 论述了直线电机驱动战术斯特林制冷机可靠性失效的4种模式,总结了25台1.5 W/80 K斯特林制冷机中的9台在可靠性增长过程中曾经出现的故障情况,分析了这9台制冷机可靠性失效原因,从而针对性提出了可靠性增长的解决措施.试验表明不同的可靠性试验方法反映不同的失效模式.

| Abstract: | Four reliability failure models for the linear miniature Stirling cryocooler were presented.Failures appeared during the experiments for increasing the reliability of nine among 25 sets of 1.5 W/80 K cryocoolers were summarized,the reasons of failure were analyzed and solutions for reliability increase were discussed.The experimental results show that different reliability experiment method reflect different failure model. |
