| 摘 要： | 刀具的合理设计是提高绿色切削加工性能的重要途径之一。绿色切削就是要做到高速干式切削或准干式切削,以及较高的加工质量和较长的刀具寿命。基于绿色切削的思想,分别就选用新型材料、涂层技术、优化结构工艺展开论述,并将三者结合起来,探讨现代制造业刀具设计应具备的特点。
