阻燃ABS及其耐热性研究

摘    要:比较了几种常用阻燃体系阻燃(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)的力学性能、耐热性能,并就常用增韧剂、增强剂对阻燃ABS性能的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,十溴联苯醚-Sb2O3体系阻燃ABS的用量最少;八溴联苯醚-Sb2O3体系阻燃ABS具有较高的冲击强度;四溴双酚A-Sb2O3体系阻燃ABS具有较好的熔体流动性能;耐热性则以乙撑双四溴邻苯二甲酰亚胺阻燃ABS最好;增韧剂的加入使阻燃ABS的冲击强度提高,但耐热性降低;在阻燃ABS中加入玻璃纤维和硅灰石可较大幅度地提高阻燃ABS的耐热性。

Abstract:The mechanical properties and heat resistance of flame retardant ABS of common flame retardants were compared. The effects of flexibilizer and reinforcing agent on the properties of flame retardant ABS were discussed. The results showed that DBDPO-Sb 2O 3 system needed the least amount, OBDPO-Sb 2O 3 system had a higher impact strength, TBBPA-Sb 2O 3 system could improve the melt flowability, and BT-93w-Sb 2O 3 system had the best heat resistance. The addition of flexibilizer improved the impact strength of flame retardant ABS but lowered the heat resistance, and glass-fiber and wollastinate would greatly increase the heat resistance.
