颗粒增强铝基通讯复合材料研究进展

摘    要:介绍了颗粒增强铝基复合材料的增强机理,综述了颗粒增强铝基复合材料的制备工艺。制备工艺按颗粒的加入方式分为强制加入法和原位反应法。强制加入法包括粉末冶金法、铸造法、喷射沉积法、熔渗法;原位生成法包括自蔓延高温合成法、原位热压放热反应合成法、放热弥散技术、反应自发浸渗技术等工艺。对各工艺做了详细的介绍,指出了未来的发展方向。

Abstract:Enhancement mechanism of the particle--reinforced aluminium matrix composites was introduced and preparing technologies of the particle--reinforced aluminium matrix composites were reviewed. According to the methods of the particle was added, the preparing technology include forced to add method and in--situ reaction method. The forced to add method in- clude powder metallurgy, casting, spray deposition and melt permeability; The in--situ reaction method include self--propa- gating high--temperature synthesis, in--situ hot--pressing exothermic synthesis, exothermic dispersion, reactive spontaneous infiltration, et al. The preparing technologies were detailed introductied and points out the direction, of the future development.
