摘    要:灰铁锁条铸件原工艺采用燃煤热处理炉进行石墨化退火,现将两次加热石墨化退火改为利用铸件自身余热在保温箱内进行热处理,经过工艺参数的调整,铸件自身余热得以利用。

Abstract:Padlock body casting was treated in a coal burning furnace for graphitization annealing. Now the process was replaced by self-heating in an insulating container with retained heat in the casting with suitable conditions. The waste heat in casting has been used.
