大型气缸盖进气道砂芯及其热芯盒的优化设计

摘    要:分析了一种重型车用气缸盖进气道砂芯的两种不同结构设计的优缺点,评述了其整体式结构比分段式结构具有更多的优点,指出了其整体武结构属于优化设计方案;评述了用Z8040射芯机及覆膜砂热芯盒法制作该进气道砂芯的优化设计方案:着重介绍了其砂芯布盒方案的确定、射砂方案的优选、分盒方案的合理确定、芯盒本体结构、及附件结构的优化设计;阐述了应用人类工效学、美学及绩效理论等对其优化设计的理念.
