耐低温球墨铸铁输送管的生产实践

摘    要:介绍了低温高韧性球墨铸铁输送管的铸造工艺,分析了低温球铁生产中原材料、化学成分选择的要点;通过合理控制球化处理、孕育处理工艺,铸态获得了铁素体+细小的石墨球组织;对厚大部位采用冷铁强制冷却、充分利用石墨化膨胀的自补缩,实现了输送管铸件无冒口铸造;铸态下各项力学性能及低温冲击韧性达到EN-GJS400-18U-LT的要求,输送管无损检测合格,铸件品质达到国内同类产品先进水平.

Abstract:The casting process of ductile iron pipeline with high impact strength and high toughness at low temperature was presented.Through reasonable graphite spheroidizing treatment and inoculation,the structure with fine spheroid graphite and high percent of spheroidization was obtained.The feederless casting of pipeline was realized by intensive cooling on the heavy section by using of chill,and making full use of self-feeding of graphitization expansion.The as-cast structure of pipeline obtained satisfies the r...
