| Abstract: | The technical characteristics,composition and properties of the ester-cured alkaline phenol resin were presented in this paper.The process obtained great results in the localization of steel castings of 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit,which demonstrated the good comprehensive properties of alkaline phenol resin sand process. |
