发动机水泵盖压铸模具抽芯机构的设计

摘    要:由于压铸模具工作的环境相当恶劣,所以对于压铸设计来说,结构简单,动作可靠是压铸模具设计的首要考虑因素.针对同一滑块中多角度抽芯的复杂压铸件进行分析,对模具结构提出了相应的解决方案.介绍了该模具开模和合模时,滑块与滑块之间的运动关系.并使这种关系在模具结构中得到了很大的简化.该结构在实际使用过程中动作稳定可靠,具有一定的借鉴意义.
