| 摘 要： | 针对烟草制丝线SQ31型切丝机送风抽尘系统在使用过程中,部分烟丝被抽走,抽走的烟丝阻塞除尘管道,导致设备维修换件频繁的问题,通过改变送风抽尘系统的现状,消除了制丝线抽尘设备终端造成原料消耗的弊端,使该设备切削与磨刀系统故障维修时间由原来的63h/半年降低为3h/半年,同期相比节约故障维修时间60h,成效显著.
