粘土增强剂对黄壤土砂工艺性能的影响

摘    要:研究了在两种不同混砂工艺条件下,不同含量的粘土增强剂对黄壤土天然粘土砂工艺性能的影响.结果表明,混砂工艺不同,对含有粘土增强剂的黄壤土砂达到最佳湿压强度时间有影响,但对黄壤土砂达到的强度最佳值的影响基本相同.随着粘土增强剂含量的增加,黄壤土天然粘土砂的强度也随之增大;但当增强剂含量达到一定量时,强度不再增加;粘土增强剂对黄壤土砂干强度的影响也是如此.混砂工艺不同,对黄壤土砂的紧实率、透气性、紧实度及发气量没有影响.随着粘土增强剂含量的增加,黄壤土砂的紧实率、透气性均下降;黄壤土砂标准试样质量增加,增加到一定量后质量趋于稳定;粘土增强剂对黄壤土砂的发气性的影响不显著.
