| 摘 要： | 分析了轴承座铸件的结构特点，确定了铸件的浇注位置、浇注系统、冒口设置等工艺参数。通过对模型制作、造型制芯、熔炼浇注、开箱清理、热处理等工序的控制，使浇注的铸件表面及内在质量均能完全满足技术要求。

| Abstract: | Base on casting structure, the casting process was designed, such as pouring position, Gating system and risers. With suitable control in pattern, molding, melting, pouring, cleaning and heat treatment, the process was optimized to have sound castings. |
