锌及锌合金熔铸过程无铵造渣机理的研究

摘    要:针对锌及锌合金熔铸过程传统含氯化铵造渣剂产生烟尘量大,环境污染严重等问题,本试验配制了不合氯化铵而以硝酸钠、氯盐、氟化钙为主的新型造渣剂,使用XRD分析了无铵造渣剂造渣后的熔渣产物,并与传统的氯化铵造渣剂对比.试验结果表明,不含氯化铵的造渣剂造渣彻底,烟尘量大大降低;氯化铵烟尘排放量由400~800 mg/mm3降低至50~100 mg/mm3;造渣过程发生了以硝酸钠和碳粉为主的造气反应,并通过氯盐精炼,达到了较好的造渣效果.

Abstract:The traditional slagging agent for zinc and zinc alloy produces smoke because it contains NH4Cl,which causes serious environmental pollution.In this paper,a new type of non-ammonium slagging agent primarily including NaNO3,chloride and CaF2 was presented.The slags were analyzed by XRD,and compared with that by traditional slagging agent containing NH4Cl.The results indicate that the refining agent without NH4Cl can significantly reduce the dust generated in the refining process.The emission of NH4Cl particl...
