摘    要:研究了浇注系统结构对10~27t大钢锭成材后探伤合格率的影响.通过改进浇注系统结构,降低浇注过程中的夹渣几率,提高了钢材质量.改进后探伤不合格率由14.6%下降到25%,下降了83%.

Abstract:The paper studied the effect of gating system's structure on the qualification rate of the heavy ingots that weigh from 10 to 27 t by ultrasonic testing.The entrapped slag was decreased,and the steel quality was improved by improvement of the gating system.The reject ratio is reduced by 83% from 14.6% to 2.5%.
