大型铸钢气缸盖的计算机模拟研究

摘    要:钢液充型及凝固过程直接影响气缸盖的质量。通过边界条件和材料参数的设置,计算机模拟能够预测缺陷发生的部位,并通过对试制件的探伤和材料分析,证实计算机模拟结果和实际缺陷发生部位相吻合。

Abstract:Filling and solidification process of liquid steel directly affects the quality of the cylinder cover. According to computer simulation with setting the boundary conditions and material parameters, the defect position can be predicted. Compare with the materials analysis and defect testing of the sample, the results show that simulation results match with the actual defects well.
