| 摘 要： | 建立了基于SLS的石膏型快速精密铸造成形工艺流程.以某铝质发动机进气管的快速样件制造为例,确定了成形各个环节的工艺参数,得到了合格的零件.分析了影响石膏型快速精密铸件形状与尺寸误差、表面与内部缺陷的主要成因,探讨了提高铸件成形质量的工艺措施.

| Abstract: | Plaster mould investment casting technology based on selective laser sintering(SLS)prototype was established.Proper technological parameters in each procedure of the rapid prototype of aluminum alloy intake pipe were selected and qualified parts were finally obtained.Main factors that influence the shape and dimension deviation,and surface and internal defects of parts were analyzed.The method regarding the quality improvement was also discussed. |
