摘    要:概述了我国各行业对机床的需求.综述了我国机床铸件的发展概况以及在生产中存在的问题与差距.详细论述了生产高碳当量、高强度机床铸件的控制要点以及消除铸造应力的时效处理.为我国机床铸件的生产提供一些参考.

Abstract:The requirements of all industries for machine tools in China were reviewed.The development situation of domestic machine tool castings were presented,as well as the problems and gaps existed in production.The key technologies to produce high carbon equivalent high strength machine tool castings and the ageing treatment method to remove casting stress were discussed in detail.Some valuable references for machine tool castings production were supplied.
