| 摘 要： | 应用有限元软件Ansys，对某铁水脱硫喷枪的工作温度场与应力场进行动态仿真，显示喷枪在一次工作循环条件下热应力的动态分布。指出耐火材料的物性参数对喷枪耐火材料层热应力的影响规律。 |

| Abstract: | The working body temperature field and stresses field of desulfurizing lance has been dynamically simulated with the finite element software Ansys to show the dynamic thermal stresses distribution within lance in a duty cycle. The rule has been indicated with which the thermal stresses change in refractory layer by refractory material capabilities. |
