高压交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘老化检测技术调研

摘    要:概述了国内外高压交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆线路在运行中绝缘损坏的统计情况和主要事例,就XLPE电缆及其附件的绝缘老化现象进行了剖析,对电缆绝缘老化检测方法作了扼要叙述,并就现场用局部放电测试的部分方法及其特点作了简要评述。对于一般高压XLPE电缆,迄今未发现因水树生成延展而导致绝缘损坏的现象。包括预制式在内的接头和终端。往往是绝缘老化的薄弱环节,因而应重视对其进行现场的局部放电检测。

Abstract:The statistical condition and major examples of insulation damages in the operation of high voltage XLPE cabfe lines both in domestic and abroad were described, the insulation ageing phenomenon of XLPE cable and its accessories were analyzed, detection method of cable insulation ageing was introduced, and the partial discharge testing method and its characteristics on-the - spot were evaluated briefly.It is not found the phenomenon of generation and extension of water tree to cause the insulation damages for the general high voltage XLPE cabfe. The prefabricating type connectors and terminals are often the weak link of insulation ageing, and the detection of partial discharge on - the - spot should be paid attention to.
