| 摘 要： | 随着上海城市建设的重点从以市区为主逐步转向郊区,郊区工业的规划布局问题成为上海郊区能否顺利实现城镇化的关键。文章调查了嘉定区十多年来的工业经济发展态势工业区用地,开发建设、工业产出率等发展情况,认为应加强对郊区工业进行系统的调查研究,推进工业向园区集中的同时进行郊区工业的总体布局规划。

| Abstract: | From city center to suburb area, emphasis of Shanghai city construction undergoes a slow change. Planning distribution of suburbindustry becomes the key to the urbanization of Shanghai suburb area. The paper investigates the economic development, industry ourput ofJiading District of the past ten years, and proposes that systematic research should be strengthened, at the same time, master plan of suburbindustry should go along. |
