蜂窝状瓦楞纸板的研究

摘    要:将多层瓦楞纸板粘合制成蜂窝状瓦楞纸板衬垫,替代泡沫塑料缓冲衬垫材料的研究结果表明:蜂窝状瓦楞纸板具有较高的垂直抗压强度,(用AB楞双瓦楞纸板和A楞单瓦楞纸板制成的抗压强度达8.5kgf/cm~2左右;用B楞单瓦楞纸板制成的达14kgf/cm~2左右。)且抗压强度随纸板厚度和宽度的增加而呈近似线性增加;随纸板高度的增加而降低,但降低幅度不大。蜂窝状瓦楞纸板具有一定的缓冲性能,尤其适用于家电产品、小型机电产品、陶瓷制品等较重产品的缓冲包装,可以根据不同产品的外形特征设计缓冲衬垫,以替代泡沫塑料衬垫。既有益于环境保护,也适应全球绿色包装的发展趋势,因此在我国开发利用蜂窝状瓦楞纸板衬垫,具有一定的社会经济效益。

Abstract:Test results show the making of multi-layer corrugatedboards into hive-like boards to replace foam plastics buffering cushion filling possesses much strength,which is parallel to increasing of thickness and width of the board linearly and vice versa. Hive-like boards have certain features,thus being suitable for packaging the appliance,mimi-machinery and ceramic wares, etc. Various kinds of designs for buffering cushion can be moulded to the shape of porducts,which benefit much to the environment and therefore comply with trend of worldwide green packaging development . It is vital and economical nowadays to explore and develop the manufacturing the hive-like boards.
