摘    要:以ZD-10减速器齿轮传动系统为研究对象,用热网络法建立了该传动系统的热平衡方程组,建立了热阻,功率损失,对流换热系数计算模型,计算了该传动系统有润滑条件下的稳态温度场,并进行了相应的试验研究,这对于武装直升机传动系统生存能力的研究是十分有意义的。

Abstract:Abstract: The analysis of survival ability of attack helicopter requires transient thermal analysis of gearbox transmission system, which, in turn, requires as a first step its stable thermal analysis. Our previous research work1,2] on stable thermal analysis was only theoretical. We continue using the theoretical approach in Refs. 1,2], but add a moderate amount of experiments. Taking the transmission system of Chinese ZD-10 gearbox, we establish a set of thermal balance equations by using thermal network method. We also build up the heat resistance mode power loss model, and convection coefficient calculation model. We calculate the stable temperature fields under lubricating condition for this transmission system. The calculated results and limited test results given in Table 3 are in fairly good agreement and show preliminarily that thermal network method can be used for staple thermal analysis of gearbox transmission system in attack helicopter.
