泵阀试验台测控系统的研究

摘    要:泵阀试验台测控系统主要由试验台的数据采集处理系统和自动控制系统两部分组成.数据采集处理系统采用了抗干扰措施,以工控机为核心,结合高精度数据采集卡、传感器及通用数据输出设备,与自行研制的面向对象的模块化软件共同构成,模块之间相互联系又可独立完成相应工作,具有较好的稳定性、可靠性、可移植性等;自动控制系统通过对流量和真空度进行调节和自动控制,流量调节应用了"高精度流量调节系统"的研究成果,真空度调节采用PID控制器,较好地实现了真空度调节的稳定性.实验台误差分析表明:该试验台的波动性、重复性及各项误差均达到了国家B级精度的测试要求.

Abstract:The measurement and control system of pump-valve testing station is mainly composed of data acquisition,processing system and automatic control system.By taking industrial control computer as the core and by combining with high precision data acquisition card,sensor and general data output device,the data acquisition and processing system adopts anti-interference measures and is composed of object-oriented and self-developed modularized software.These modules are related to each other and can independently complete corresponding work.This system has good stability,reliability and portability.The adjustment and automatic control of flow rate and vacuum degree are realized by the automatic control system.The research result of "high precision flow rate adjustment system" is applied for flow rate adjustment and the PID controller is applied for vacuum degree adjustment,which realizes the stability of the vacuum degree adjustment.Error analysis of the testing station shows that,fluctuation,reproducibility and various errors of this testing station meet the testing requirements of national grade B precision.
