压缩机活塞环少油润滑探讨

摘    要:对3种典型的活塞环材质进行了摩擦特性及机械性能的试验分析.结果表明,在少油润滑条件下,填充聚四氟乙烯和填充聚酰胺两种自润滑材质的摩擦特性较好,且少油润滑时摩擦功率较无油润滑有较大幅度的减少.在少油条件下,采用填充聚酰胺活塞环进行生产运行试验表明,在减少正常润滑油量50%~60%的条件下,活塞环运行稳定,效果良好,使用寿命达8 000 h以上.

Abstract:The frictional property and the mechanical performance were tested for three typical materials ot piston ring. The results show that under the condition of less lubricant, the frictional properties of two kinds of self-lubricating materials that are filled with polytetrafluoroethylene and polyamide are better,and the frictional power is less than that of oil-free lubrication. The production operating tests with polyamide piston ring show that when the normal lubricant is lowered to 50% -60% ,the operation of piston ring is stable,the effect is good and the service life is above 8 000 h.
