| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了可靠性试验数据的两种参数估计方法──回归分析法和最大似然值法。笔者采用最优化方法求三参数威布尔分布的似然函数的极值点及相关系数，取得了正确的结果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces two kinds of parametric estimation method of reliability test dataregression analysis method and value of maximum likelihood method.The optimization method was adopted by the author to find the correlation coefficient and the extreme value point of likelihood function of 3-parameter weibull distribution and obtained the correct result. |
