摘    要:介绍了某单层工业厂房抽柱改造的设计内容,包括柱子的粘钢加固、托架的设计、柱间支撑的移位与施工工序安排等,包含了从工程实际出发的一些独特处理。该方案使得改造在不破坏屋顶维护结构的情况下在短时间内得以实施,最大程度地减少了施工工作量。实践证明加固方案合理、经济,可为同类设计参考。

Abstract:A column of a one-storey factory is removed. The reconstruction content is introduced, including the column reinforcement by bonded steel,the joist design, the column brace remove and the construction procedure arrangement. Some special treatments are included which can provide some experience for similar design. The scheme can shorten the construction period as well as reduce workload sharply, under the conditions of no destroying the roof. Practice proves that the scheme is reasonable and economical.
