某富银铅锌矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对某富银铅锌矿,原矿铅品位3.36%、锌品位3.68%、银品位176.69g/t,试验采用铅锌优先浮选流程进行铅锌分离并综合回收银,取得了较好的技术经济指标。最终获得了铅品位61.58%、铅回收率83.06%、含银1686g/t、银回收率为43.23%的铅精矿;锌品位48.57%、锌回收率81.93%、含银630.70g/t、银回收率为22.13%的锌精矿。试验成果为该矿区地质评价及矿产资源开发利用提供了有利依据。

Abstract:Some the rich silver lead-zine ore, In crude ore ,lead grade:3.36%,zine grade:3.68%,silver grade:176.69g/t,using differential flotation flowsheet of lead-zine and lead-zine separate and synthetical recover silver. Achieved good technical and economic indicators.obtaining lead concentrate containing lead grade 61.58% with recovery of 83.06% and silver grade 1686g/t with recovery of 43.23%;obtaining zine concentrate containing zine grade 48.57% with recovery of 81.93 and silver grade 630.70g/t wint recovery of 22.13%. The results of the test for the mine geological evaluation and the development and utilization of mineral resource provides a favorable basis.
