凸面镜光杠杆法测微位移的实验研究

摘    要:将适当尺寸的凸面镜粘结于位移物体上,用氦氖激光束照射镜的凸面,并用屏接收反射的光点。物体发生位移时会使凸面处激光反射条件发生变化,从而引起接收屏上反射光点位置变化。找出物体位移和反射光点移动距离之间的函数关系,便可通过测量光点移动距离来测量物体的位移。用这种方法可以实现位移的无接触测量。测量范围为数厘米,精度可达10~(-10)毫米

Abstract:In order to measure the mini-displacement of a moving object, a convex mirror of proper size is fixed to the object, a He-Ne laser beam is used to shine on the convex surface of the mirror and the reflected light spot is receivedwith a screen. When the object moves, the condition of reflection will change and the position of the reflected light spot will change, too. After the functional relation between the displacement of the moving object and the distance that the light spot moves, the former can be found by measuring the latter.
