| 摘 要： | 钱塘江灌区标准海塘的管理养护工作包括及时掌握水情雨情、分析气象和洪潮水势（位）情况、掌握堤塘分类与结构、根据水文地质条件及标准海塘结构对堤防工程进行全面检查观测、对灌区的堤防工程（标准海塘）建立工程技术资料档案、及时清除堤塘表面缺陷以保持堤塘完整等工作．这些工作可以保证水利工程及防护区的安全，防止发生灾害，并充分发挥工程效益．

| Abstract: | The administration and maintenance of standard dike in irrigation areas of Qiantangjiang is introduced in the report, which eovers rainfall memo, meteorologic analysis, flood situation, dike structure, and comprehensive monitoring based on geohydrologic condition of the dike. The additional measures, such as the technical materials filing and the surface defect cleating, are also discussed to ensure the safety of the dike with better efficiency . |
