摘    要:简单介绍了一种新型的集断路器、接触器、热继电器(或电子式过载继电器)和隔离器的控制与保护功能于一体的控制与保护开关电器CPS的结构功能、工作原理,和主要技术特性;对比分析了国际领先水平和国内研制的CPS的基本性能、故障检测方法、保护方式及智能化CPS技术的发展与应用.

Abstract:The structure function,operating principle and technical feature of a novel control and protective switching device(CPS) was introduced,which integrated the control and protective function of the breaker,contactor,thermal relay(or electronic overload relay) and isolator.The basic performance,fault detection method,protection mode and development and application of CPS products with the international leading level and the similar products developed at home were compared and analyzed.
