摘    要:基于DSP TMS320LF2808设计了一种传统有源功率因数校正的数字实现方案,并进行硬件电路设计和参数配置,包括高感值硅钢电感设计;系统地编制了DSP的控制程序,包括电流内环、电压外环的增量式数字PI调节器程序;设计了相应的数字除法器、乘法器和滤波器程序。最后,进行了数字APFC的试验,最大输出功率达到5.0kW,重载效率高达95%,表现出非常好的校正效果。

Abstract:A digital design scheme for traditional bridged active power factor corrector(APFC) was implemented based on DSP TMS320LF2808 and the hardware circuit and parameter configuration were designed including high value silicon steel inductor and so on. DSP control program was made systematically, such as incremental digital PI regulator for current inner loop and voltage outer loop, digital divider, multiplier, filtering programs and so on. The designed APFC was tested, showing up to 5.0 kW in output power 95% in efficiency and very good correction effects.
