| 摘 要： | 矸石山的架头是用来翻转翻斗车的,随着矸石量的不断堆积,必须移挪架头,否则翻斗车翻转不动。移挪重达18 t的架头,拟采用全液压系统的千斤顶,根据架头的重量,通过计算,选择了流量为45 L/min,压力为8 MPa的齿轮泵,4根单根最大推力为100 kN的千斤顶,由7.5 kW的电机带动,用架头前端的2根千斤顶完成升降,后端2根完成移挪,以此达到架头的移挪。

| Abstract: | The head of the frame(used) on the waste rocks is for turning over mine tubs.As the piles of the waster rocks are be coming higher and higher in great quantities,it is necessary to move(or:elevate) the head of the frame properly;Other wise,the tub can't be moved,one possible way is to use full hydraulic jacks.According to the weight of the head(of the frame) and by calculating as well,gear pumps are chosen whose discharge is 45 litres per minute and whose pressure is 8 MPa,and also four jacks are needed,each of which should have a maximum of 10 tons of motive force,run by 7.5 kW motors/engines.The lifting and falling of the head(of the frame) are done by the two jacks fixed to the front of the head while the moving is done by the two jacks at the back of the head.This way,the moving of the head of the frame is to be done. |
