摘    要:以椰子油为活化剂前驱体,采用竞争原位制备活性碳酸钙,即在制备活性碳酸钙中碳化和活化同时进行.研究了碳化温度、活化剂前驱体添加量对活化度的影响,采用沉降体积(以乙醇为溶剂)表征样品.结果显示,椰子油加入量为碳酸钙理论产量(干基)的1.5%时,碳酸钙产品的活化度达到99%,沉降体积为9.5mL/g.FTIR、DTG、TEM分析表明:竞争原位过程为ca2+、活化剂、CO3^2-相互作用形成脂肪酸钙包覆的具有空间网络隔室结构的碳酸钙的过程.
