溶胶--凝胶技术的研究进展

摘    要:溶胶—凝胶技术的化学过程根据原料不同可以分为有机工艺和无机工艺。以有机工艺为重点介绍了溶胶起始原料的选择、溶胶—凝胶法的原理及工艺过程、溶胶的制备、凝胶的干燥与干凝胶的热处理整个工艺过程,指出了有机工艺与无机工艺的区别。简述了溶胶—凝胶法应用的近期进展以及该方法的优缺点,并对发展前景作了展望。

Abstract:The chemical process of sol - gel technology can be divided into organic and inorganic technology according to the different raw material. The organic technology including the selection of starting material of sol, the mechanism and process of sol - gel, the preparation of sol, the drying of gel and heat treatment of dry gel are emphatically introduced. The difference between organic and inorganic technology is pointed out. The recent progress in the application of sol - gel method and its advantages and disadvantages are briefly stated. And the development trend is also prospected.
