摘    要:设计了一种新型可用于微细电解加工的微秒级脉冲电源.说明了其主要部件单片机、定时/计数器、VMOS管、拨码开关的工作原理及过程,给出了汇编语言控制程序和注解.

Abstract:A new s-grade pulse power supply used for electrochemical micromachining is desinged. The working mechanism and process of the main parts including singlechip, programmable interval timer, VMOS tube, coding switch, are described. Tthe control program is writen with assembly language and the annotation is given.
