| 摘 要： | 对四川某小区震后房屋进行了质量检测,分析检测结果后认为,震后房屋部分构件受损,但经过适当修复和处理后,结构主体部分能够满足原设计所要求的安全性、6度抗震设防和正常使用的要求。

| Abstract: | The paper has the quality checking on the post-earthquake in some residential complex of Sichuan,and it is considered after analyzing the checking result that partial components of some houses after earthquake were damaged,but the structural main part can meet the safety,six degree seismic fortification and normal use after proper maintenance and treatment. |
