Researches on the relationship between the ductile shear zone and the concentrations of gold deposits at Jiapigou district, Jilin province

The gold deposits are situated in the northwest trend ductile shear zone which is the contact belt of the Northeast China platform and the Hercynian trough.The age of the developing and evolution of the ductile shear zone is confined in 2500-1600 Ma.At the early stage, the shearing action was horizontal,and at the later stage,it was vertical.With the evolution of the zone, the ore-forming fluids sealed at deeper levels moved upward to the surface of the earth.And corresponding with different shearing patterns, the gold deposits can be divided into two types.One is the alternating type and the other is pyrite-quartz-vein type.
