摘    要:锌层中氧含量对胶带钢丝绳与橡胶粘合力有很大的影响 ,在生产过程中 ,无法避免锌与氧接触生成ZnO。通过电子能谱仪对电镀锌和热镀锌产品进行逐层扫描 ,考察其氧的分布情况 ,研究锌层中氧的分布及氧在胶带钢丝绳与橡胶硫化过程中的作用 ,指出胶带钢丝绳锌的表面氧化会导致其与橡胶粘合力的下降及橡胶的老化 ,认为热镀锌纯锌层铁含量较高 ,易使锌发生氧化 ,应严格控制锌铁合金层的厚度。

Abstract:The oxygen content in Zn-coat has great effect on adhesion of rubberized cord with rubber.It can't be avoided that Zn contact oxygen to produce ZnO in production.By scanning the products of electro galvanization and hot dip galvanization coat by coat with electric energy spectrometer and by examining oxygen distribution,the oxygen distribution in Zn-coat and the function of oxygen in the course of vulcanization of rubberized cord with rubber are researched.It is pointed out that the oxidation of zinc on the rubberized cord can lead to decrease of adhesion between the cord with rubber and ageing of rubber.It is considered that the Fe content is higher in the pure zinc coat of hot dip galvanization and the zinc is easy to oxidize,so the depth of Zn-Fe alloy coat should be controlled strictly.
