灯盏花素的提取与分离工艺优化研究

摘    要:以灯盏乙素的提取率为指标,采用高效液相色谱法对灯盏乙素的含量进行测定,对灯盏花中灯盏花素的提取方法及工艺条件进行了优化.确定较优提取方法为超声波提取法,通过正交实验确定超声波提取法的最优工艺为:以10倍量的70%乙醇提取3次,每次60 min.此时,所得浸膏中灯盏乙素含量达到2.15%,提取率达到83.39%.超声波提取法是一种快速、简便、高效且稳定可行的灯盏花素提取方法.

Abstract:The extraction process and technologic conditions of breviscapine from Erigeron breviscapus were optimized with scutellarin extraction rate as the index and HPLC was used to assay the content of scutellarin.The three methods of extracting breviscapine(refluence,ultrasonic extraction,Soxhelt extraction) were compared.The results showed that the best method was ultrasonic extraction.The technology parameters of ultrasonic extraction were optimized by orthogonal experiment as follows: the pulverized Erigeron b...
