浅析服务行政视角下政府回应机制的构建

在市场化、信息化和经济全球化的时代背景下，伴随着我国社会主义市场经济的日渐成熟，我国公共行政从原先的统治行政、管制行政正逐步向服务行政过渡，“服务型政府”已经成为整个社会发展诉求和行政发展规律指导下的必然产物。“服务型政府”应当具备良好的相对于公众、市场、社会要求和问题诉求的田应性，建设和拥有一个科学有效的政府回应机制，以满足现代政府的治理需求。

In the market,information and the age of economic globalization context,along with China's socialist market economy gradually into heat,our original public administration from the rule of the executive, administrative control is gradually transition to the administrative service,"a service-oriented government" development has become the aspirations of the whole community and administration under the guidance of the development of a natural product."Service-oriented government" should have a good relation to the public,the market,social demands and aspirations of the response to the problem,building and possession of a scientific and effective government response mechanism to meet the needs of modern government governance.
