摘    要:介绍了上海外高桥第二发电有限责任公司900 MW超临界压力锅炉上试用的吹灰优化专家系统,其主要特点是采用了锅炉传热判断系统,可以在线计算受热面的清洁度;并应用了以连续排放检测系统的数据修正入炉燃料成分和低位热值的子系统及计算再热蒸汽实际流量的子系统;还在炉膛不同高度装上红外线高温仪测量烟气温度。对该优化专家系统作了分析论证。

Abstract:An introduction is being presented to the main features of a trial expert system for soot-blowing optimization of 900 MW supercritical pressure boilers in Shanghai Waigaoqiao No.2 Power Generation Co.Ltd.Making use of boiler heat transfer analysis system(HTAS),on-line calculation of heat surface cleanness then becomes available.With the aid of the data obtained via continuous emission measurement system(CEMS),necessary correction can be made to subsystems for feed coal composition analysis,low heat value calculation(TTURTHERM procedure) and reheat steam flow calculation.At different heights of the furnace,infrared temperature measuring instruments are placed for detecting gas temperatures.The complete expert system is finally analyzed and demonstrated.
