关于新型农村社区规划的思考

新农村规划已在我国全面开展，建筑规划界都在探讨如何建设社会主义新农村问题，此背景下，出现了一些村镇建设和农村经济可持续发展不相适应的问题。“千村一面，百镇同貌”的规划设计更使得很多村镇失去原有独特的风貌，古老农村的建筑文化正在逐渐消失，本文从农村社区规划的视角，对现阶段农村社区规划存在问题进行分析，提出社会主义新农村社区规划的新思路。

On the Planning of New Type Rural Community

Architecture and planning experts has research on how to construct new socialist countryside when new rural community plan is fully developed in China. Under this circumstance, Phenomena that some town construction cannot accord with sustainable rural economy have been occurred. Planning design resulting in ＂thousands of villages and towns with an identical image＂ makes unique landscapes disappeared in many villages or towns. Ancient architectural cutture of countryside has been vanishing gradually. From the angel of rural community plan, this paper analyzes planning problems existing in current rural community construction and puts forward new ideas about how to plan new socialist countryside reasonably.
