摘    要:14Cr1MoR与321复合钢板广泛应用于化肥制造业的压力容器中,由于为Cr-Mo不锈钢复合板,导致焊接性很差.本文通过14Cr1MoR与321复合钢板的焊接工艺评定,确定了该复合钢板的焊接工艺和热处理工艺,选用合理的焊接材料、坡口形式、合理的焊接工艺参数和热处理工艺来保证焊接质量,焊后进行了无损检测、力学性能试验和晶...

Abstract:The clad steel plate of 14Cr1MoR and 321 was widely used in the pressure vessels of fertilizer manufacturing,but it was the Cr-Mo stainless steel clad plate,resulting in its poor welding performance.The welding and the heat treatment procedure of the clad steel plate was determined through the welding procedure qualification in this paper.The appropriate welding materials,groove type,welding parameters and heat treatment process were elected to ensure the welding quality.The non-destructive test,mechanical ...
