摘    要:采用FCB法三丝单面埋弧焊对船用E级钢和E36钢的焊接性进行了初步研究.研究结果表明,焊接E级钢,接头力学性能良好,尤其是韧性较高,尽管大热输入出现了组织长大及晶界先析铁素体的生成,但对接头性能造成的影响较小;大热输入焊接易造成E36钢中弥散分布的沉淀强化相溶解,从而严重影响焊接接头的冲击韧性,控制焊接热输入、优化焊接...

Abstract:The weldability of Grade E ship steel and E36 steel was studied by using the method of three-wire single-side SAW with FCB.The results showed that the mechanical properties of Grade E steel welded joint were well,especially high ductility.There was little impact on joint properties,though structure growed and proeutectoid ferrite generatred in the grain boundary with large heat input.Large heat input caused precipitation strengthening phase dispersively distributed in Grade E steel dissolved easily,thus,imp...
