摘    要:对低频有芯感应电炉熔炼HMn59-2-1-0.5复杂黄铜工艺进行了探讨。熔炼过程中,锌、铝、锰是易烧损元素,在确定配料比和出炉控制范围时,要予以考虑,在旧料回炉时应按一定比例补偿;难熔元素硅,锰应以溶解的方式加入,铁以中间合金加入较好。合理的工艺条件可以保证为铸造产品提供均匀合格的合金熔体。

Abstract:The complicated HMn59-2-1-0.5 brass melting process in low frequency channel induction furnace was discussed. The easy burning loss element Zn, Al, Mn should be concerned in definiting charge ratio and tapping control scope during the melting,and they should be compensated in fixed ratio:Refractory element Si,Mn shoud be added in dissolution method and Fe should be added as medium alloy. The resonable process can provide the uniform alloy melt for casting product.
