| Abstract: | The paper introduces a new developed thermal analyzer used for rapid quality detection in Aluminium alloy furnace. It is Useful to know the station of alloy melt and possible problem appeared after sodilificaion. It can provides time and guarranttee for adjusting process parameter and getting the final quality casting. |
