摘    要:详细介绍了分布式在液压性能校验系统的系统结构以及分布式测试网络中数据通信控制的改进方法及其实话措施等,该装置采用基于工业PC和ADAM510两级控制方案,并辅以OOP(面向对象设计)和多线程编程技术,系统的先进性,可靠性较高,投入运行以来,性能一直稳定,运行性能良好,有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:This paper proposed the structure of distributed testing and monitoring system to evaluate and calibrate the performance of hydraulic pressure device. The implementing strategy and method of communication technology was presented in detail too. The testing and monitoring system was built by IPC and ADAM5510 and the technique of OOP(Object Oriented Programming) and multi-thread were employed which enforced its advance and reliability, it run steadily and got a good effect.
