绸型裙装面料的分类研究

摘    要:裙装的外观形态与面料种类有着密切的关系.利用KES织物风格仪测量了40种绸型裙装面料的拉伸、剪切、弯曲等力学性能,提出运用最短距离系统聚类法、多元方差分析确定最佳聚类域的绸型裙装面料分类方法,并借鉴手感评价二级指标探讨了分类后各类面料手感的差异.结果表明,该方法具有一定的可行性,所选面料最佳分类数为5类,且5类面料的手感具有明显差异.

Abstract:There are significant correlations between skirt shape and sorts of fabrics.40 kinds of silken fabrics are selected as subjects,and their mechanical properties of tensile,shear and bending of those fabrics are tested by using KES.The classification method based on Euclidean distance and optimum cluster can be determined by multivariate ANOVA is proposed.The differences in hand among classified fabrics are analyzed based on indexes of hand evaluation.The results show that the proposed method is feasible.Thos...
